Located in Sakubva, a slum in Mutare, HOPE Zimbabwe serves over 200 women and children.

They are implementing a community health worker training program and a community garden project to improve women’s access to nutritional food and increase their earning potential through crop cultivation. 

Flooding and a cyclone in January 2025, destroyed much of the Mushandirapamwe (Working Together) garden.  During the recovery process, the women are beginning to learn bakery skills.
